  1. In which situation would that be useful?
  2. I don't like this for now. Doesn't seem important to me, but is a bit complicated.
  3. {file} contains the full path. So you shouldn't wrap the other stuff around it.
  4. Yep, I missed that myself as well recently
  5. Just enter the commands in the text fields. I can't tell you what commands to enter, you'll have to check the documentation of your unzip applications.
  6. The file is served incorrectly. It is served as text/plain, not as binary file. Thus, Ketarin (correctly) assumes that it is not a setup package. As a workaround, I might let it only check for "text/html", since text/plain is not used for error messages.
  7. You can actually do this manually if you like (by using the commands options). But this is not the kind of feature I would like in Ketarin, because it's a completely different task
  8. Updated will be recognised if either the file date or file size changes. For FileHippo, a change of the MD5 is also considered.
  9. I don't want to load the list when opening the dialog to prevent any delays. 2) might be useful when using the dialog multiple times in a row.
  10. Has been asked before, will consider it but seems unimportant at the moment
  11. So...you can either use relative paths, or use {root} (see tutorial).
  12. Note to 3: I just checked, actually, relative paths are supported (for target locations, not commands). They should work.
  13. Why not use global variables? You can also use these for 3. Relative paths are not currently supported, I might consider adding them, relative to the application startup path.
  14. You have to use "{Target}" (or "{Target}\Category\...") as download location for each of the applications. There is no "special" variable.
  15. Usually, there should be some kind of error information available. Try to examine the details of that error report. It should at least contain the name of the exception. You only need the EXE and the SQLite DLL in one folder.
  16. @Stalker: Yes, I think that I can change that. @FranciscoR: Nope. Can you possibly show some screenshots?
  17. Works for me. Maybe you forgot a trailing slash? Or forgot about case sensitivity?
  18. 1. You should use absolute paths. Regarding relative paths, I wouldn't know to what they should be relative. 2. It does output something. You have no option to redirect it somewhere else per option. 3. Work for me. Make sure that you are using the latest version. 4. OK. 5. Yep, might be useful. 6. Don't like this idea too much currently. 7. Well, you should get used to it The previous icon was just a generic one, bought as part of an icon set from VirtualLNK. Not the best option, in particular, the icon was not allowed to be used anywhere else. And I like the new icon :-p Thanks for your feedback
  19. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Command_line_interface How does a tray icon make updating faster? Do you want to check for updates multiple times a day and have Ketarin running all day?
  20. You just open Ketarin per command line using the arguments mentioned above. Currently, I don't see for what you'd need a tray icon if not in command line mode.
  21. Yes, I know. That's why I added the question mark
  22. Currently, it is only possible when in command line mode (/SILENT /NOTIFY).
  23. The icons will appear when the list is refreshed. This happens if you add a new application or restart Ketarin. Maybe a "Refresh" option would be useful?
