Probably because the new "applications" module is being installed. Disabled it for now, but some issues might occur until it's up and running.

You could use a PS variable.
Make a PS script for checking the number of setup instructions (C#: app.SetupInstructions.Count), then create a textual variable with that script and run it with the "ps" variable function within a column.

Maybe you can narrow it down to a specific application and then send it to me?
Currently I can only think of issues with regular expressions maybe. They can become quite slow in some cases, but that's nothing I could change anyway.

I don't think anything in regard to CPU usage has changed.

For mods: Flagging a member as spammer will now:
- Restrict member from submitting any more content
- Delete content submitted already
- Ban member
Also, reCAPTCHA 2 is being used for validation.

In regard to tags: How would it work together with existing categories? Having both a category and tags seems strange to me.

Well, your "file" variable is "<Regex><td>(Git+.*?64.*?\.exe)</td></Regex>" sooo I don't think there is anything wrong with that behaviour.

I already have one, but it doesn't seem to work well anymore. IPB4 seems to work better.

I'll order an upgrade for the "applications" list, and upgrade to IBP within a few weeks (maybe there will be a short period of time where the module will not be available).
Any other wishes other than tags for the list?

Actually, it is supported, but only half working. Will fix it for the next release.

You can enable the log window in the menu. This will show you exactly what Ketarin is doing and why
