  1. How about subcategories for the existing categories? It would be an easier way to sort all downloads.
  2. There is nothing more to be said. It makes work easier for me in many ways!
  3. At first sight, it works fine! Thanks a lot for the filehippo/md5 fix and the multireplace function! Something new to play with this weekend. :-) Oh, and thank you for "mod"! ^^
  4. If you need help - here I am! 20/7 online (4 hours of sleep should be enough ^^). I'm familiar with the systems of punbb, phpbb, smf, wordpress and so on if it helps.
  5. Please delete those spammer accounts... Do we have now any moderator or admin here? how about a new forum software? punbb is out of date i think...
  6. For example Mozilla Thunderbird <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?> <Jobs> <ApplicationJob xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" Guid="f18b8dc0-1a66-438b-b4d3-d642effb7248"> <WebsiteUrl>http://www.getthunderbird.com</WebsiteUrl> <UserNotes /> <LastFileSize>9011424</LastFileSize> <LastFileDate>2010-02-25T22:17:37.1285801</LastFileDate> <IgnoreFileInformation>false</IgnoreFileInformation> <DownloadBeta>Default</DownloadBeta> <DownloadDate xsi:nil="true" /> <CheckForUpdatesOnly>false</CheckForUpdatesOnly> <VariableChangeIndicator /> <CanBeShared>true</CanBeShared> <ShareApplication>false</ShareApplication> <ExclusiveDownload>false</ExclusiveDownload> <HttpReferer /> <Variables> <item> <key> <string>version</string> </key> <value> <UrlVariable> <RegexRightToLeft>false</RegexRightToLeft> <VariableType>StartEnd</VariableType> <Regex /> <Url>http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/all.html</Url> <StartText> <td class="left">German</td> <td class="second" lang="de">Deutsch</td> <td class="curVersion" ></StartText> <EndText></td></EndText> <Name>version</Name> </UrlVariable> </value> </item> <item> <key> <string>language</string> </key> <value> <UrlVariable> <RegexRightToLeft>false</RegexRightToLeft> <VariableType>StartEnd</VariableType> <Regex /> <Url>http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/all.html</Url> <StartText><td class="left">German</td> <td class="second" lang="de"></StartText> <EndText></td></EndText> <Name>language</Name> </UrlVariable> </value> </item> </Variables> <ExecuteCommand /> <ExecutePreCommand /> <Category>E-Mail</Category> <SourceType>FixedUrl</SourceType> <PreviousLocation>G:\Ketarin\E-Mail\Mozilla Thunderbird\Mozilla_Thunderbird_v3.0.2_Deutsch_Setup.exe</PreviousLocation> <DeletePreviousFile>true</DeletePreviousFile> <Enabled>true</Enabled> <FileHippoId /> <LastUpdated>2010-02-25T22:17:37.1285801</LastUpdated> <TargetPath>{category}\{appname:split: :0} {appname:split: :1}\{appname:split: :0}_{appname:split: :1}_v{version}_{language}_Setup.{url:ext}</TargetPath> <FixedDownloadUrl>http://jp-nii02.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/{version}/win32/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%20{version}.exe</FixedDownloadUrl> <Name>Mozilla Thunderbird de_DE</Name> </ApplicationJob> </Jobs>
  7. Update your files (without downloading), close Ketarin und start it again. "Open folder" is greyed out for all files with available updates until you update again.
  8. After updating my files some of the entries appear with a white "standard" icon instead of the app icon. I can't open the folder of these applications (right-click -> Open folder) containing the downloaded files. Tried it with the new version (v.1.1.0.331). Did a second test from the scratch with 3-4 new applications and had the same problem with two of the applications. ----------------------- EDIT: Got it! After updating (not downloading) the entries and closing Ketarin, at the next start of Ketarin all the entries with priviously available updates had that problem. I had to update all entries again to get access to the "Open folder" option. Is it possible to get rid of that behavior?
  9. perfect! thank you very much! it is possible to add a new column called e.g. website to show the website of the app?
  10. great idea! i would like to test it if its possible...
  11. CybTekSol, there is one major problem. E.g. take the partition editor gparted (and a bunch of other apps). The base url is www.gparted.org. The download url is http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=115843&package_id=271779
  12. I've created a new variable for custom column called {url} and added the variable "url" to the variable list of the application as "textual content". Its not the best solution but it helps But it would be nice if there is a field called "Application URL"...
  13. How about adding more than one download for a single entry? Just an example: I have an entry called "IrfanView Setup". And another one for "IrfanView Plugins". And a 3rd one called "IrfanView Zip". Is it possible to merge all of them? Adding support for subentries would be great. Maybe a new button to add several new subentries? Thanks Chris
