Drag0nR3b0rn
Hi, I'm new to using ketarin. I'm trying to force it to rename downloaded files to "{Program Name} {Version}" format. To do this I've tried to use the following command after download: ren {file} "{appname:replace: :_} {version:replace: :_}.{url:ext}" But for some reason I don't get the results expected. I'm using Vista x64. Any suggestion on how to fix this? Thanks.
andreone
You can directly do that in the first tab of your app' settings: - at the bottom, there're Download location settings - select Save to file - enter: Path_to_your_directory\{appname:replace: :_}_{version:replace: :_}.{url:ext}
CybTekSol
To add to what andreone has correctly responded... the 'Path_to_your_directory' can be defined as a 'global variable' in Ketarin's settings if you are unaware of this Drag0nR3b0rn. For example: {target}=C:\Downloads
