Improvement of application-serverlist dialog

Hey Flo,

 

try this to speed up working with Ketarin when using the server-softwarelist:

 

1. import list from server automatically once (server list is empty when opening dialog, so you have to click at least search for "" to get the whole list) or add a button get/update list from server (better than search for "") - the search button could be used for searching in listbox

2. keep entries of list in listbox/memory (maybe save in dbfile where other data is stored), so you don't have reload list from server everytime you just want to choose another app from the list

I don't want to load the list when opening the dialog to prevent any delays. 2) might be useful when using the dialog multiple times in a row.
