After getting the current source from the SVN and the needed CDBurnerXP libs from the provided ketarin.tar.gz. I'm still not able to compile as the SVN source, as the CDBurnerXP/Conversion.cs is missing. I wasn't able to find it in the SVN source or the ketarin.tar.gz.
