Yes. I've also tried putting it in C:\Ketarin and I get the same message. I have administrative rights, and UAC is disabled. I've also tried doing a force run as an administrator - same thing.

Whenever I click "Add Application" in Ketarin 1.5.0.400 I get an error message. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. I can provide any other information needed. I've also tried the Beta 6 version but receive the same message. Thank you.
