  1. This may only be a problem with {startuppath} or it may be with other variables as well, but this is the only one I've dealt with. I couldn't find another post about it, so hopefully it's new (I'm running version 1.5.0.400). My flash drive has a drive letter X:\ I download apps to a folder X:\Applications Ketarin.exe is located on the root of X:\ When I use the variable "{startuppath}\Applications" the end result looks like "X:\\Applications" (Notice two back-slashes) However, when I use the same variable path on "C:\Downloads\Ketarin" I see "C:\Downloads\Ketarin\Applications" (One back-slash) I tried using "{startuppath}Applications" which fixes the X drive to X:\Applications, but changes the other to "C:\Downloads\KetarinApplications" I can live with the X:\\ because for some reason the files still download to their correct folders, but if I enter any kind of command line like telling a file to delete before an app downloads, I get an error in the log saying the command can't find the file "X:\\Applications\FileToDelete". I used to sync my Ketarin folder between my flash drive and PC so I could download files during the day and sync to the flash drive later, or so I could backup any changes I've made while out of the office. Hopefully all this makes sense. Thanks for the help!
  2. Ok thanks. Is there a link to the beta version where I can help test with it as well?
  3. I searched the forum and did not find anything on this feature, so I decided to request it. If I've overlooked something I apologize in advance. Occasionally when opening Ketarin I get a message saying something like "5 applications have been updated, would you like to apply these updates?". Unfortunately, I have no idea what the 5 updates are and which programs they effect, so I'm not sure if I want to allow the changes. Maybe I just need a better explanation on what is changing because it may not even effect my downloads. Maybe someone could explain. I've tried allowing the change and not allowing it, and it's hard to tell a difference. When not allowing it, all my programs still update correctly, but when I allowed them just now my download from Filehippo for Avira Antivir was changed to download from the AntiVir website, and the app name got changed to "Antiviru EN_US". Would it be possible to see a list of what is about to be changed and allow or deny those changes individually with an option to "skip this update" if I don't want to be reminded again until the next update? Either way, Thanks for this great piece of software! I've been searching for years for something like this since I didn't know how to build it myself. Appsnap and so many others fall short where you have succeeded. Thanks again.
  4. I agree with Shawn on this one. Would be best to have one for each app. I have one app "File Recovery" by SoftPerfect which fails on the first try every time and works immediately afterwards. I thought about just putting the same app in the list twice so it will fail the first time and work on the second one, but this would be a nice feature.
