i looked for a build in option, for now i use this command "D:\Program Files Portable\Archive Tools\7-Zip\7z.exe" x -y -r {file} -o{file:directory}

can you explain in more detail's ?

I like to update my program fully automated and not going to each folder and decompress each file and even delete the downloaded archive file after extraction
