Keeps Downloading

in Bugs

I have been using Ketarin for a while & have suddenly come across a problem. The software keeps downloading the files even though they are up to date.

I have renewed the software and even deleted all the file list along with the files but the problem persists even after downloading all the programs again.

Any ideas?
