    <UserNotes>The Interrupt-Affinity Policy (IntPolicy) is a tool that allows you to “bind” or change the CPU affinity of the interrupts for a given device (such as a network adapter) to a specific processor or processors on a multiprocessor computer. This binding is also referred to as partitioning. The binding of interrupts from a specific network adapter to specific processors on a multiprocessor computer enforces running deferred procedure calls (DPCs) and interrupt service routines (ISRs) for the network adapter on the designated processors. Note that interrupt affinity cannot be configured on single processor computers.
