Guest rooTeam
Hello i've discovered that the proxy-server setting in Ketarin only works with a Full Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). I'm a network administrator with the opportunity to use several internal proxies. Some of them require authentication, others not. Some of them are running Squid, others are running different proxy-software. I tried all of them, but i can't get through using Ketarin. Then i changed the proxy-server setting from IP to a FDQN, et voila! Now Ketarin have access to the internet regardless which proxy-server is used. After that i started Wireshark, to see what happens if i use an IP-Address. It seems, that Ketarin interprets the IP as an FDQN and starts an request to the DNS-Server to get an IP. floele
Well, that would rather be a bug in the .NET framework. I don't have any influence on that functionality.
