When you download a file and have "Delete old files" checked, then you change something in the variables field (say for page changes) it seems that Ketarin forgets about the old file it used to have and doesn't delete it. Only found it out recently, if anybody could confirm just by checking any app they have downloaded, made a change to and then re-downloaded.
