After I added an app, my ketarin now errors out during startup every time. I really don't want to loose everything that I've done so far. Is there any way to fix this?

The error is as follows:

"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

The given path's format is not supported."

Details are as follows:

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Use database backup.You can go to database folder directly trough the Help-About menu.

There rename jobs.db to something else an take the next newest .bak file and rename it to jobs.db

Then try starting Ketarin again.If it works you'll lose a days woth of changes but atleast it works.

Hi,

might be to late for pdxmicro. I just ran into the same problem with just exactly the same symptomes (w/ v.1.5.0400) . For me it was notepad++ online import.

All the big work was done after backup so I had to find another solution.

I found there is an SQLite manager extension for Firefox. With that I could connect to job.db an delete the last entry in the jobs-table. The troublemaker was "PreviousRelativeLocation" set to "file:\\neuromancer\Software\Software\Notepad++_v5.3.exe"

Maybe the SQLite manager extension is worth to be mentioned somewhere else here since it's quite easy to deal with it.

However, just had to try out the last beta and it opens the defective db. So no need to fix it manually anymore.

Thanks for Ketarin! In conjunction with nircmd it's almost almighty :)
