badbrainz
Hi out there! I'm just wandering how I can execute .exe files after downloading. I typed {file} in the "Execute after downloading" box but nothing happened. So how can I do that? I also tried "run {file}" and "open {file}", but usually only {file} should execute the installable file, doesn't it? Another thing: there should be a FAQ around here somewhere where things like that should be mentioned. Just an idea... Rock'n'Roll! badbrainz I'm using Windows 7 Professional 32bit if it matters. andreone
I've just tested and just putting {file} works fine with me. Maybe the actual path of your download has spaces in it, so you should enclose {file} with quotes like this "{file}"
da023n
Can confirm {file} works.
