Or perhaps "archive" older versions to a specified folder or subfolder. This would be useful, especially when downloading certain apps from FileHippo (Java and VirtualBox) and for driver updates.

Hi, I've been using Ketarin for about a year and love it! I have a feature request. Unless I'm missing something, it takes me about 4 clicks and 60 seconds to enable or disable a Ketarin entry. Occaisionally, I want to disable downloading a few particular apps (~100MB virus scanners) for the sake of a quick update. Could you integrate a hotkey (spacebar or something else) and/or checkbox to quickly enable or disable an entry? Thanks for the great app!
