i know i am late to the party... but is there any actual version for this?

So, after years of searching for a tool like Ketarin, i am finally here
But for gods sake i am totally confused (aka i dont get it :/) by the variables and regex stuff.

I am slowly filling up my DB, and somehow it works with alot try and error, but now i could use same help with getting a SHA256 value from within a txt-file.

How could i get this SHA value?

so with this Option i could keep for Example "RandomApp-V1.exe," the never "RandomApp-V2.exe", and the newest "RandomApp-V3.exe"?
That would be awesome!
