Maybe a new optional field called "user forum name" for our Ketarin client which will be also stored in online db. If set we can find / contact the originator of the specific online db entry.

Is it possible to export ketarin's settings and applications once it has finished its updating work? I know there is the command line argument: /export=FILENAME But as I can see there is no possibility to use that argument as command for "After updating all applications".

Yes it starts faster. On my netbook (512mb of ram) the loading time of b9 is half that of b8. And it starts also faster compared to the last stable version (v1.1.4.344). There is also a noticeable difference on my working computer (i7 + 12gb of ram) but not that much.

How about using installer IDs to define the order like the Windows-Post-Install-Wizard? It is like {root} If Ketarin is located in a subdirectory e.g. Ketarin {root}Ketarin you have to use it WITHOUT backslash before "Ketarin". It works fine for me. You should try {startuppath}Updates.txt

There is a registration mod for punbb. It is a human validation system. It should work with version 1.34 of punBB. http://www.network-technologies.org/Projects/Virtual_Brain_Online/article/spam_bot_registration_mod_punbb/ Alternatively changing the forum system to phpBB like the CDBurnerXP forum too. We can use a converter to move the structure and content to a new system.

There are a lot of new registrations - especially accounts with signatures like the one of the new member "tikoylim17". Just google for this name and have a look on his signatures. There are countless registrations with the same signature and ZERO posts. Just check all the new account profiles and google for their name. Registration day for those accounts was 2010-07-11 and all three profiles with signature links to shops for golf equipment. As mentioned previously, this is just one of many examples. We should tighten measures for new registrations. How about another captcha system to prevent that kind of spam?

{root} is not the root of the drive. It is the application startup path of Ketarin.exe as I remember.
