Maybe it's too simple. Save the text as XML file. Go to File --> Import in Ketarin and open the file you just saved.

I've cleaned up the database now. Only one application with a particular FileHippo ID can be submitted now. (Ketarin will not complain, but ignore your submission.)

I wouldn't go that far. Especially due to the dynamic property, some URLs may be equal, but point to different locations (when consisting only of a variable). I cannot resolve these URLs for various reasons.

What are "good" FileHippo applications? Except for an ID and the application name, there is not much that can be good or bad. The duplicate entries are - for the most part - FileHippo entries. One possible solution could also be to restrict the number of uploaded applications to 1 per FileHippo ID.

Hi all, I noticed that there is a huge amount of applications in our database which are just "defined" by a FileHippo ID, so quite trivial actually. I don't think that these applications are worth sharing, because they distract from those applications which are *not* trivial. For example, search for "Flash" and you will find that most applications are just "flashplayer_firefox", so nothing special at all. What do you think?

Thanks This specific error could happen, if the content of the website changes and the variable doesn't match anymore. Then the full website will be returned, which is of course an invalid URL.

Hm...this does not seem right to me as an option, kinda strange. Maybe some kind of new command for the command line version is useful for this purpose?

Ketarin doesn't behave like that for me if I uncheck the "Always delete previous..." checkbox. It will always redownload the file if the file does not exist at the specified location. Maybe you can give me some XML again?

Yeah, maybe. Though I see a problem with the strong dependency on those web sites. If there are changes to the HTML code... (the more sites you have, the higher the probability)

What does the log say?

I don't think that I need sf.net or others currently, I have pretty much all resources I need. Regarding the sources: You'll have to live with M and "unlinked" files in the projects. I'm not going to adjust the way I locally develop for the source code package

Ketarin won't download if the right file already exists at the previous location.

As I said, "clear" is not string.empty, but nothing (null). Thus Ketarin will not mention it in the log at all and will not care about the variable.
