Switching databases would require a Ketarin restart, I don't think looking into such a scenario is currently worth it.

Well, it would certainly be a funny idea. Basically, it's rather easy to install new applications for limited user accounts, you could develop a simple service which would allow Ketarin to install software. Creating such a repository involves a lot more though. You'd have to define and maintain the packages, and in particular you'd have to think about how the packages would work. Every piece of software has its own installer, maybe special runtime requirements, all needs some consideration. Since apparently there really are no usable package managers for Windows out there, maybe that would be an idea for a new project?

Not sure, I'm not to keen on looking into this Java issue again currently. Seems too much of a mess to me.

Actually, pasting with removal of the GUID is the default.

I guess I'm currently to busy with CDBurnerXP to look into such strangenesses. But feel free to investigate a little yourself using some HTTP traffic monitor and then finding the differences.

Let me implement these as new features for upcoming versions Each release can add a bit more search functionality, so that you have some time to work with it and figure out how much it fits your needs and how well it actually works.

Problem is that the variable is not resolved and thus an empty file is being downloaded. Will add an error message for the next release.

So, how do I reproduce this error?

1) I updated the repo. 2) They are included in the CDBurnerXP folder. No externals possible currently.

What would it search for? Variable names? URLs?

1) No, I don't want to go so far, that you can assign keyboard shortcuts to variables. I currently see no other way to implement that. 3) Didn't try Win7 a lot yet, will do when I get access to the RTM version in a few days.

I made an update just now

Nothing big, just the most basic stuff.

The next version will allow downloading from this location. The number of retries should be 2 at minimum though, since the first attempt only stores the cookie.
