Softpedia version is a portable version of the install version (much like a paf), which is why its version is 1.9.2 and not 1.9.0. -------------
 
It's also a clean installer as the regular one downloads the installer EXE after going through what looks like a regular installer with ads.-------------
 
Aside from no loner developed there are other/better software out there that do the same thing, some with more features, and have better installers.
